FOS Western palm warbler & Indigo bunting

Yet another 30something day with more diversity than we get on some 150-bird days. Our first Western palm warbler and Indigo bunting were mixed in with everybody else. The Cape May warblers keep coming; this is the most we have ever caught in fall before. Birders in the Park today saw multiple Philadelphia vireos so here’s hoping that is tomorrow’s FOS capture! Merlins were everywhere, too, as hawk migration cranks up into high gear.
