We are planning on opening the station on or around August 15, 2020 and conducting a full season while taking precautions in the field against COVID-19. We are looking for a couple of volunteers who would be available during weekdays and would be willing to learn how to extract birds from mistnets. If interested please contact Michelle Davis at 305-582-4165 (please text only) or by email at vireoojorojo@hotmail.com.
Let’s keep the dream alive….
Now with vagrants showing up like the ones pictured here, you’re going to have volunteers banging down the doors! Let’s keep our fingers crossed for something incredible this season.
