Annnnddd…..there it was

This much-anticipated front was not the most spectacular front in South Florida history, although it did knock the humidity down a touch. Still, the air temperature managed to rise to the high 80’s by late morning. Birds were moving on radar but there was no rain in the area or cloud cover to temper the heat. Today marked the first showing of Gray catbirds this year with 10 captures. There are still a lot of recaptures in the woods, including that Chestnut-sided.
